Edict Forty-Six

Edict Forty-Six was the law forbidding the klees of Leeandra from hunting and eating gars. The Circle of Klee debated overturning the law during the events of Black Water. In The Soldiers of Halla, Edict Forty-Six is repealed, which allows klees the right to hunt gars for food.
