KEM (Keaton Electrical Marvels), is a company that Mark Dimond and Andy Mitchell sell Forge to. When Mark realizes what he has done wrong, he goes with Courtney Chetwynde to try and convince KEM to destroy it. They prove unsuccessful, as KEM has already duplicated it. KEM then creates DADOs which cause turning points to go wrong on many territories.
