Ty Manoo was an agronomer from Cloral. He works with Po Nassi (Saint Dane) to create a faster way to grow food on Cloral. They create a fertilizer that ends up making the food poisonous. He makes appearances in The Lost City of Faar and in Black Water. He is a very nervous little man. He accidently created a fertilizer that mutated plants. These plants became poisonous to eat, and started the downfall of Cloral. In Black Water, he must analyze a piece of fur brought by Mark from Second Earth for traces of the poison he accidently created.
